Refund Policies


Woodstock Recreation Center Refund Policy:
Sports: Refund Policy: No late fees paid will be refunded, you will receive a full refund for the fee of the sport if you cancel within 2 weeks of practice starting. After 2 weeks the refund will be prorated, after 4 weeks NO REFUNDS.
 
Day Camp: $25 cancellation fee per week per child! No refund given without a one-week notice. 
No deposits to hold a spot, due to popularity payment is due at Registration.
 
Gym: No refunds given after the date has passed. You will receive a prorated refund on your membership for time remaining if requested.
