8:15 AM - 9:15 AM    High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) - High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Drop In
This is a 60 minute, fat-blasting interval training class that will challenge your heart and soul. No steady state cardio in this class! We will alternate our bodies between intense bursts of activity, pushing ourselves into our anaerobic zone, and follow that up with less intense recovery periods. These short, intense bursts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning. Not only do you burn more fat and calories during a HIIT workout, but you also burn more fat and calories in the 24 hours after a HIIT workout than you do after steady state cardio. Vinyasa yoga is one of the most commonly practiced styles in the West. Sometimes referred to as "flow" yoga, this style focuses on connecting breath with movement and strength.
