Teen Ballet is a class designed for Teenagers who would like to study the fundamentals of Ballet including the five positions, barre, exercises on the floor, patterns across the floor and choreography. This class will help students improve their coordination, flexibility and stage presence.
About the Instructor, Susan Piccoli
Prior to moving to VT, Susan taught ballet and Jazz at Fordham University in the Bronx, NY. While in high school, Susan studied ballet at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie and performed with the Mid-Hudson Ballet Company, a regional honor company and the Ulster County Ballet, a semi-professional company. She has performed extensively throughout the northeast and was filmed for the animators of Steven Spielberg's An American Tail.
What to wear
Students should wear leotards, tights, or leggings and ballet slippers.
