This class focuses on toning and defining the abs, strengthening the back to improve posture, and core strength. All fitness levels accepted!
Boot Camp, Tuesday and Thursday, 6:30-7:30 pm
Looking for a fun and energetic class to take this winter? Try Mike Smith's Boot Camp! Build lean muscle, torch body fat, and become the best version of you to date! This class is a total body blast. You will utilize everything from dumbbells, kettle bells, battle ropes and body weight.
About the Instructor, Mike Smith
