Teen H.I.I.T. is a high energy fitness class that combines the calorie- blasting and metabolism-boosting benefits of a High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) with the muscle building and fat burning power of strength Training. The Interval segments will have you alternating between cardiovascular and strength work-allowing you to work hard, make progress, and see results! We finish off each class with focus on our abdominal muscles, hips, glutes, back, and flexibility to improve your balance, stability and, athletic performance.

December 11th, 13th, 18th, 20th. 27th, & January 3rd
Tuesday and Thursday, 3:15 pm-4:15 pm
About the Instructor, Jody Eaton
Jody Eaton, owner of SoulShine Training, is an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and Group Fitness Instructor who teaches HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Teen H.I.I.T., and PiYo classes at the Rec Center. Her goals are to help people move better, feel happier, and improve their quality of life. She has a passion for health, nutrition and fitness.
