Class is Tuesday and Thursday, 6:30-7:00 AM

Mike Smith is an ISSA certified personal trainer. He became a trainer to help others reach their goals in a fast, fun and stress free environment. Whether your goal is weight-loss, strength training, achieving better balance and stability, or improving flexibility, Mike is here to help you!
