This program is currently unavailable. Click here to view all of our current programs.

The first few movements of the Yang Style short form will be taught with many repetitions to give students something to practice on their own.  There will be  complimentary qigong (Chee Gong) practice to give students valuable tools to de-stress in everyday situations. It will be a very gentle and relaxing class.

Practicing tai chi is a great way to reduce stress and to organize the way you use your body for more efficient  movement with all physical activities.

Some of the health benefits from tai chi practice include: better balance, increased bone density, less stress, better sleep, lower blood pressure, and a general feeling of well being.

Tai Chi practice has become well known in the past few decades as a effective healing practice. Many people are told by their doctors to find a qualified tai chi instructor to help treat many different health problems.

Thursday evenings, 5:30-6:30 pm
