All Levels Flow Yoga

Each class will begin with a brief meditation to calm the mind and connect to the body. Students will warm up through stretching and other yoga poses to unite the mind/body/spirit and leave class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

About the Instructor: Maeve Ryan
Maeve became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) through Yoga Alliance in 2009 and has been teaching for 7 years. In 2014, she also became a certified Y12SR instructor to help people erase the stigma of addiction and find peace through the practice of yoga and meditation. She currently teaches techniques for feeling emotionally balanced and anxiety-free, and hopes to inspire people how to tap into their greatest potential and “live yoga” both on and off the mat.
