Abs Made Easy

Ready to build a stronger core and great abs? Ready to sweat? Mike has designed a 4 week class to help you get the abs you want. In Abs Made Easy class, Mike will help you build a stronger core and help those abs become stronger and visible. Each week the class will get harder to push your abs to the next level! You will be working all of your abdominals the rectus abdominis where you see the “six pack” and the internal obliques located on the sides of the abdominals. You'll be completing exercises from body weight, weighted and stability. This class is not only to help you achieve better abs but also better your core which in turn will help you with your goals in fitness whether it be stronger compound lifts, resistance exercises, or just better stability.

Now how the workout will look.

You will complete 8 exercises per round for 30 seconds each round for a total of 4 minutes per round. You will have 2 minutes rest in between. This class is meant for all fitness levels and all ages are welcome to come try. Alterations will be giving if needed. The goal is to get as many reps with correct form as possible each exercise. You can take it easy or push yourself, as long as there is good form completed. So what are you waiting for? Come join Mike’s Abs Made Easy!

About the Instructor, Mike Smith
Mike Smith is an ISSA certified personal trainer. He specializes in strength training, fat loss, competition prep, mobility training, and stability training. He has built his own business Titan Training Fit to help motivate, inspire and help others reach their fitness goals. Mike has a great personality and will make learning fitness educational and fun.
