Water Aerobics, with Bari

Water Aerobics is a great way to exercise in a no to low impact way. The class takes place in the rec's heated pool. We use water resistant gloves, water weights and noodles for added strength, cardio, coordination,balance, and increases flexibility. This is a fun workout to fun music!

  • Instructor: Bari Ramirez
  • Thursdays, 5:30-6:30 pm.
  • 9 week session runs June 20th-August 22nd
  • $15 Drop in $120 for session
  • Bring a towel and a friend!!
